Cooking the Season’s best ingredients is all I do. Tonight I turned on 100 BHCC Members to the North West’s best ingredients. Vancouver was one of my favorite Cities to live in and I will be traveling back there soon.
Look how simple this menu was and listen to the 100 BHCC Members Raving. K.I.S.S. has been a saying of mine for 2 decades. We started with House Cured King Salmon, then a White Asparagus Salad, on to the Wild Mushroom Saute with Morels, Halibut with Fiddleheads and then of course Nanaimo Bars.
Look at the enthusiasm oozing from me tonight !!
